We are a multi-generational church, located in Connellsville PA, in Fayette County. Connellsville Presbyterian began as a small church in 1829, had its own building by 1849, and merged with another local Presbyterian church in 1879. For over 180 years, CPC has ministered to the residents of Connellsville and surrounding communities. Connellsville Presbyterian is a congregation of the Presbyterian Church (USA) and is, along with 80 other congregations, a member of the Redstone Presbytery, which is one of the 16 presbyteries under the Synod of the Trinity, located in Camp Hill PA.

Church Picnic PDF Print E-mail

Set aside the 12th of September for the annual Church Picnic.    Bring the kids, and a picnic covered dish !!  We'll supply the hot dogs and the burgers, you supply the fellowship. 

 

We'll be feasting on the church lawn, at 1:00 pm.  Just look for the barbeque smoke haze !!

 
Backyard Carnival PDF Print E-mail

Come one -- Come All !!  To the CPC Backyard Carnival on Saturday, Sept 18th on the church lawn.   We'll be there from 11am to 2pm with Games, Crafts and Prizes.

 

All you need is to bring a canned good (veggies, fruit, meat, etc) and you'll receive 5 game tickets per can (or 50 cents).     We'll have a bake sale, and a lunch special for a buck !!   That's right, for a single dollar you'll get a hotdog, chips and a drink, or a slice of pizza and a drink.

 

So Step up .. Step up .. one and all !!!     Game and bake sale proceeds go to support the Connellsville Area Community Ministries local food bank.

Ladies Luncheon
All ladies of the church are invited to the monthly Ladies Luncheon at Bud Murphy's, this Saturday at 1:00pm.    I'm sorry guys, this is a ladies only  event.
 
Return to Regular Worship Time

School is starting, we're looking toward fall, and its time to return to our normal Worship Schedule.

 

Starting Sunday, Sept 5th, we return to our normal Sunday School time of 9:30 am, with Worship following at 11:00 am. We look to see you there.
